The 4th National Conference on Rigid Polyurethane Foam will be held in Rome next October, thanks to the representatives of the ANPE (National Expanded Polyurethane Association) members. What is it about? Sd Stampi, a leading company specialized polyurethane molds in Carpi, province of Modena, will explain it.
The event generally takes place every two years and represents a moment of effective sharing on the “polyurethane” topic between representatives of institutions, academics, industries and professionals. All subjects actively involved in the technological development and sectoral application of polyurethanes.
Why is it important?
Thanks to these two days, on 10th and 11th of October in Rome, the polyurethane industrial sector will be represented both nationally and on an European level: common experiences but lived differently in the various countries represent an opportunity to take a look on the future perspective.
The fourth conference will deal with various topics, placing greater attention on the building application of the material in question so that it is directed towards a “universal” rethinking of the modus operandi and raw materials used in production processes.
A new method that privileges energy efficiency, eco-compatibility, saving of resources used, so as to significantly affect the global and circular economy.
The title of the conference, “Polyurethane 4.0“, does not refer only to the 2019 edition, but wants to focus on the acknowledgment of the industrial world on the “cultural” change underway, to which it intends to contribute with studies, research and innovations that safeguard the planet and contribute to rebuilding a common awareness of protecting the ecosystem in which we live.
